摘要
介绍江苏联海生物科技有限公司废水零排放工程概况、工艺流程、主要技术。联海生物公司主要生产燃料乙醇,根据其废水水质特点,采用太阳能微曝气净化技术、纳米曝气和阶梯水帘溶氧技术、高效微生物载体技术、人工强化复合湿地净化技术和可控智慧活化河床净化技术等,对废水进行深度净化处理,使出水水质达到乙醇生产工艺用水标准,最终实现废水零排放。
The project overview,processes and the main technical of wastewater zero discharge designed by Jiangsu Lianhai Biological Co.,Ltd was introduced. The main product of Jiangsu Lianhai Biological Co.,Ltd is fuel ethanol. According to the features of waste water,solar micro-aeration purification tank,nano aeration,stepped curtain dissolved oxygen tank,effective microbe carrier purification tank,artificial reinforced composite wetlands and controllable wisdom activated bed were proceeded for the deep purification treatment of waste water,which reached the requirements of the ethanol production process.Ultimately,the process achieved zero discharge of wastewater.
