摘要
为了探究经活化后的过硫酸盐对三价砷的氧化效果与影响因素,论文运用电协同铁活化过硫酸盐的方法,通过开展一系列实验来揭示其氧化特征。以铁棒作实验装置中的阳极,与交流电源相连接,利用通电后产生的二价铁离子可以实现过硫酸盐的活化。通过反应机理分析,实验运用控制变量法,对可能影响反应的因素——p H、电流、过硫酸盐浓度3个因素进行"定二变一"的控制研究,并通过响应曲面法拟合最优条件得出预测值,在p H值为4.4,电流为4.3 m A时,砷氧化的效率最高,过硫酸盐的浓度对实验结果没有产生显著影响。
To find out the oxidation effects and influence factors of activated persulfate on arsenic,this paper used electric iron to activate persulfate,and try to reveal the oxidation characteristics through a series of experiments. The experiment used iron bars as an electrode in the anode,connected with alternative current power,divalent iron ions were produced after electrifying,which was an effective way to activate persulfate. By reaction mechanism analysis,the experiment used control variability to discuss the factors that might influence the reaction —p H,electric current,persulfate concentrations. In order to get the predicted value,response surface method was utilized to determine the optimum conditions. According to the results,the optimum conditions were p H of 4. 4 and the electric current equals of 4. 3 m A,and the concentrations of persulfate did not have a significant impact on the experiment.
