复合高分子凝胶在重金属废水处理中的应用

摘要 研究了以海藻酸钠(SA)与聚丙烯酸钠(PAAS)交联形成的复合高分子凝胶对废水中重金属离子的去除性能。讨论了凝胶用量、吸附时间、p H范围等因素对去除率的影响,并比较了复合凝胶对各种离子的去除率大小。结果显示该复合高分子凝胶对Cu2+、Pb2+、Cr3+3种重金属离子的去除效果明显。吸附时间达到4 h后,3种离子均可达吸附平衡。当用量增加到462.5 mg/L对Pb2+、Cr3+的去除率可分别达到最大值98.7%和99.5%,当用量增加到1 387.5 mg/L对Cu2+的去除率达最大值98.1%。溶液的p H为4~8时,对3种离子均有较高的去除率。结果表明以SA-PAAS复合高分子凝胶吸附去除废水中的重金属离子是可行的。 The removal of heavy metal ions from wastewater by using composite polymer gels formed by sodium alginate( SA)and sodium polyacrylate( PAAS) was studied. The effects of the amount of gel,adsorption time and p H range on the removal rate were discussed. And the adsorption capacity of polymer gel on different heavy metal ions was compared. The results showed that the removal effect of Cu2 +、Pb2 +、Cr3 +was obvious. The adsorbing equilibriums were reached after 4 hour. When the amount of composite polymer gel increased to 462. 5 mg / L,removal effect of Pb2 +、Cr3 +could respectively reach a maximum of 98. 7% and 99. 5%,when the amount of the gel increased to 1 387. 5 mg / L,removal effect of Cu2 +reached a maximum of 98. 1%. When p H range was 4 ~ 9,the three kinds of heavy metal ions can have a higher removal rate. The results showed that the adsorption removal of heavy metal ions in wastewater by using SA-PAAS composite polymer gel was feasible.
