含酚废水离心萃取脱酚技术研究 被引量:8

RESEARCH ON THE TECHNOLOGY OF CENTRIFUGAL EXTRACTION OF PHENOL FROM WASTEWATER WITH HIGH CONCENTRATION PHENOL BY USING CENTRIFUGE

摘要 采用离心机对高浓度含酚废水进行液-液离心萃取脱酚试验,考察了不同影响因素对水中酚类有机物去除效率的影响,并通过色谱对萃取前后水质进行分析。实验结果表明,兰炭废水离心萃取过程中,选择MIBK作为萃取剂,萃取剂与原水体积比为1∶6,萃取p H为5,转速为3 000 r/min时萃取效果较好,废水中挥发酚浓度从4 256.5 mg/L降至64.86 mg/L。 Liquid-liquid extraction of phenol from wastewater with high concentration phenol by using centrifuge,the paper investigated the influences of different factors on the phenol removal efficiency from wastewater,and then analyzed water quality before and after the extraction by using chromatographic. The experimental results showed that after the process of centrifugal extraction,the concentration of volatile phenol in wastewater could decrease from 4 256. 5 mg / L to 64. 86 mg / L,and the removal rate of volatile phenol could reach to 98. 48% using MIBK as extracting agent,phase volume ratio of extraction agent to the raw water was 1∶ 6,the p H was about 5,the speed of centrifuge was at 3 000 r / min.
