稠油采出水纳滤脱盐技术与研究 被引量:2

RESEARCH ON NANOFILTRATION DESALINATION TECHNOLOGY FOR HEAVY OIL PRODUCED WATER

摘要 纳滤分离技术在水处理方面具有其独特的特征,与传统的传质机理不同,它对无机盐的分离受化学势梯度控制,同时也受电势梯度的影响。分析新疆油田克拉玛依风城2号站稠油采出水的水质,通过室内水质模拟,探索纳滤膜NF90-4040的脱盐效果。在不同压力下,研究其对矿化度、Ca2+和Mg2的脱除效果,其结果表明,在压力为0.6 MPa下,对矿化度的去除率可以达到85%以上,Ca2+、Mg2+的去除率分别可达到95%以上。 Nanofiltration technology has its unique characteristics. With different from the traditional mass transfer mechanism,the separation of inorganic salts by nanoflration is controlled by the chemical potential gradient and electric potential gradient. Analyzing heavy oilf produced water quality from Kalamayi Fengcheng 2nd station in Xinjiang oilfield,through indoor water quality simulation,this paper studies on desalination effects using nanofiltrationmembrane 90-4040.Under the different pressures,throuth studying on the removal effect of salinity,Ca2 +and Mg2 +,the results show that,under the pressure 0. 6 MPa,the removal rate of salinity can reach more than 85%,Ca2 +and Mg2 +removal rates can reach more than 95%.
