摘要
通过黑白瓶测氧法测定了香溪河库湾秋季初级生产力,同时现场测定了光照、水温、p H、营养盐等指标。通过相关性分析,深入探讨了各理化因子对初级生产力的影响,确定了影响初级生产力的主导因素,该结果可为评价香溪河污染现状和发展渔业提供理论依据。
In this study,the primary productivity of XXB during the autumn was determined by black and white bottle measuring oxygen method. Simultaneously,some environmental factors like light intensity,temperature,p H,nutrients were measured. By correlation analysis,the influence of the physical and chemical factors on primary productivity has been deeply described,and the dominant factor of primary productivity has been found. The results can provide a theoretical basis for the evaluation of XXB pollution and the development of fisheries.
