摘要
基于数值模拟的方法,对网格絮凝池网格孔眼采用传统的正方形和改进的圆形形状进行研究分析,得出圆形、正方形两种孔眼形状的网格絮凝池前、中、末段内部流场的水力特性。研究表明:以涡旋速度梯度G'、湍动能k和水头损失作为絮凝评价指标,得出圆形孔眼优于传统正方形孔眼,并得出了圆形孔眼网格板的最优半径及网格板最优间距。这在一定程度上对网格絮凝池的优化具有指导意义。
Based on the method of numerical simulation,research on the grid flocculation tanks with different shapes of grid plate holes is made,aiming to find and compare the hydraulic characteristics of internal flow fields in the front,middle and end section of two kinds of grid flocculation tanks,with circular holes and with square holes. This research shows that when taking the vortex velocity gradient G',the turbulent kinetic energy k and the head loss as evaluation indexes for flocculation,the circular holes have an obvious advantage over the traditional square holes. And at the same time,the optimal radius for the circular holes and the superior distance between grid plates can be obtained. This result,to some extent,is of guiding significance to the construction optimization of grid flocculation pool.
