好氧生化法处理印染废水原水的工艺优化研究 被引量:9

OPTIMIZATION RESEARCH ON PROCESS OF AEROBIC BIOLOGICAL TREATMENT FOR RAW DYEING WASTEWATER

摘要 针对传统印染废水处理工艺通常需要投加大量混凝药剂,导致工艺流程长,化学污泥产量高,且化学药剂对后续好氧生化段微生物活性造成抑制的问题,对好氧生化法进行工艺优化,发现在各项工艺参数适宜的条件下,好氧活性污泥对印染废水原水具有良好的适应性,且长期运行对于COD去除率平均可达65%,可以为实际印染废水处理工程应用中使好氧工艺发挥最佳性能提供参考。 Dyeing wastewater is recognized as one of industrial wastewater which is difficult to treatment. Traditional treatment process usually requires adding a large number of coagulation agents,resulting in a long process,high chemical sludge production,and the activity of subsequent aerobic biological may be inhibited by chemical segments. To solve the above problems,aerobic biochemical process optimization was carried out,and we found that under the suitable conditions of process parameters,aerobic activated sludge has good adaptability to the raw dyeing wastewater,average rate of COD removal efficiency for long run can be up to 65%,can shorten the process flow for the actual printing and dyeing wastewater treatment engineering applications,reduce operating costs,and provide a reference for the best performance of aerobic process.
