摘要
以某工厂含丹参酮磺酸钠废水为处理对象,讨论了循环时间、操作压力等因素对纳滤膜截留丹参酮磺酸钠性能的影响。实验结果表明:在稳定运行30 min后,可以得到较好的渗透通量和截留效果。随着操作压力的升高,纳滤膜的运行温度增加。综合考虑膜通量、截留率、操作成本等因素的影响,合适的操作压力为0.5 MPa。纳滤膜在对含丹参酮磺酸钠有色废水的深度处理上,具有较好的效果。
Wastewater containing sodium tanshinone was treated by polyamide nanofiltration( NF) membrane. Effects of cycle time,operating pressure and other factors on sodium tanshinone rejections of NF membrane were discussed. Experimental results were as follows: better permeation flux and rejection could be obtained after 30 minutes stable operation. With the increase of operating pressure,the surface temperature of NF membrane increased. The appropriate operating pressure was 0. 5MPa,considering the permeation flux,rejection rate and operating costs. In conclusion,NF membrane had a good prospect in sodium tanshinone wastewater treatment.
