基于隔膜压滤机的铅锌矿井涌水处理工艺

STUDY ON THE TREATMENT OF MINE WATER OF Pb-Zn MINE BY A NEW PROCESS BASED ON MEMBRANE FILTER PRESS

摘要 以Zn、Pb和Cd为去除对象,利用基于隔膜压滤机的超细过滤技术进行铅锌矿井涌水的处理。结果表明:将铅锌矿井涌水p H调节至9后直接采用超细过滤,出液中的Zn、Pb和Cd低于GB 25461—2010《铅锌工业污染物排放标准》标准限值;将p H为9的井涌水静置30 min,上清液溢流,对底泥采用超细过滤,出液中的Zn、Pb和Cd低于标准限值。基于此结果,提出了基于隔膜压滤机的铅锌矿井涌水处理新工艺。 Taking the Zn,Pb and Cd as removal target,the ultra-filtration technology based on membrane filter press has been used for removing Zn,Pb and Cd from real mine water of Zn-Pb mine. The results showed that after adjusting the p H of mine water to 9,the concentrations of Zn,Pb and Cd was less than the requirement of the Emission Standard of Pollutants for Lead and Zinc Industry( GB 25461—2010) through the membrane filter press. Besides,some supernatant overflow after the mine water at p H 9 standing for 30 min,and only the sediment was filtered by the membrane filter press,the concentrations of Zn,Pb and Cd can also meet the requirement of standard. According to this paper,a new process based on membrane filter press to treat the mine water of Pb-Zn mine was proposed.
