摘要
以氯化铝为混凝剂,采用混凝-超滤联用工艺,对腐殖酸(HA)模拟水样进行处理,研究在不同混凝和水质条件下,包括硫酸根离子和铝离子的摩尔比以及水样p H等,对混凝和混凝-超滤联用工艺净水效果的影响。结果表明,使用氯化铝混凝剂对HA水样进行混凝-超滤处理时,在氯化铝投加量为5 mg/L,硫酸根离子与铝离子摩尔比为30∶1,p H为7时,HA的去除效率最高。破碎剪切条件下,以HA水样为去处对象时,投加硫酸根离子对工艺运行工况无明显影响。
Experiment on the humic acid removal was conducted by means of coagulation-ultrafiltration of coagulants aluminum chloride. Meanwhile,in terms of studying effects of the membrane fouling for further researches,the membrane and size of floc were changed when applying different conditions of coagulation,including sulfate ion,p H. The result shows that aluminum sulfate with 5 mg / L,aluminum ion and sulfate ion ratio of 30∶ 1 and p H of 7 is optimum in coagulation-ultrafiltration for the humic acid. In the broken shear conditions,sulfate ion dosing had no significant effect on the process operating conditions for the humic acid.
