低氮燃烧+SNCR组合技术在兰炭尾气锅炉脱硝工程中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 介绍了2台240 t/h兰炭尾气锅炉采用"低氮燃烧+SNCR"组合技术进行烟气脱硝的应用实例,监测数据表明,该技术成熟可靠,低氮燃烧部分脱硝效率大于75%,SNCR部分脱硝效率大于65%,在不降低锅炉效率的情况下,实现了NOx浓度达标排放,取得了良好的经济、环境效益。 The paper introduced the application of the low NOxcombustion retrofit and SNCR denitrafion technology in 2 × 240 t / h semi-coal gas boiler. the monitoring data showed that the technology was mature. Reliable and low nitrogen combustion part of denitration efficiency was more than 75%,SNCR part denitration efficiency was more than 65%. Under the condition of without reducing the boiler efficiency,the paper achieved the concentration of NOxdischarging standard,and good economic and environmental effects.
