摘要
由于受到雾霾天气的困扰,最为主要的影响因素空气细颗粒物(PM2.5)逐渐引起人们的重视,大量研究表明PM2.5能够引起多种疾病的发生。本文主要对PM2.5的定义、来源、组成和理化性质,PM2.5所引发的主要肺部疾病及其相关致病机制进行了概述,为PM2.5环境污染的防治及其引发的疾病的治疗提供理论依据。
Due to the fog and haze problems,the most main influencing factor-fine particulate matter( PM2. 5) has gradually attracted people’s attention,and a large number of studies have showed that PM2. 5can cause a variety of diseases. This paper mainly focuses on the definition,the source,composition and physicochemical properties of PM2. 5; the main lung disease caused by PM2. 5and its related pathogenesis were also overviewed,to provide a theoretical basis for the prevention of environmental pollution and treatment of diseases caused by PM2. 5.
