管道输油站锅炉烟气治理技术研究

摘要 新修订的GB 13271—2014《锅炉大气污染物排放标准》提高了各个污染物的排放要求,某石油公司输油站锅炉以燃油和燃气锅炉为主,其烟气直接排入大气容易造成污染,为了达到新标准的要求,对烟气各指标进行了分析,对超标指标进行了针对性治理研究。结果表明:燃油锅炉烟气中颗粒物浓度普遍超标20%以上,通过对典型站场除尘措施分析及各类除尘技术的对比,确定了最适用于站场燃油锅炉的滤袋式除尘器;燃气锅炉烟气各指标可达到标准要求。 The newly revised Release Standard of Air Pollutants for Boilers improved the release requirements of different pollutants. The boilers at the oil transportation station of the pipeline company mainly included the oil-fired and gas-fired boilers,whose smoke was directly released to the air to easily result in pollution. In order to comply with the requirements of the new standard,different indexes of the smoke were analyzed and the specific treatment study was performed for those which exceed the standard. The result showed that the concentration of particulate matters in the smoke of the oil-fired boilers generally exceeded more than 20% of the standard. Through analysis of the dust removal measures for the typical station yard and comparison of different dust removal techniques,the paper determined the filter bag dust remover which was most applicable to the oil-fired boiler at the station yard; different indexes of the smoke of the gas-fired boilers might comply with the requirements of the standard.
