烧结机脱硫系统应用复合增效剂的节能增效分析 被引量:2

ENERGY SAVING AND EFFICIENCY IMPROVING ANALYSIS OF SINTERING DESULFURIZATION SYSTEM USING SYNERGIST

摘要 国内某钢厂265 m2烧结机脱硫系统进行了TR-AGSY脱硫增效剂中试应用,结果表明:该脱硫增效剂节能增效效果显著。通过加入该增效剂能够加快石灰石溶解,提高石灰石利用率,使石膏中碳酸钙含量由7.78%降至5.93%;能够强化气液传质,提高脱硫效率,使脱硫效率在入口SO2浓度3 000~4 000 mg/m3的条件下由96.7%提升至99.3%;能够加快氧化与结晶速率,石膏含水率可由16.97%降低至12.76%;可减少循环泵使用个数,显著节省电耗,估算年可节约电费234万~264.6万元。使用脱硫增效剂可带来显著环境效益和经济效益。 A pilot application of TR-AGSY synergist was carried on a 265 m2 sintering desulfurization system. The result showed that synergist effect was remarkable in energy saving and efficiency improving. It could accelerate the limestone dissolution by joining the synergist,improved the utilization rate of limestone,calcium carbonate in the gypsum content ranged from 7. 78% down to 5. 93%. It could strengthen the gas-liquid mass transfer,improved the efficiency of desulfurization,when the inlet concentration of SO2 was 3 000 ~ 4 000 mg / m3,the desulfurization efficiency increased from 96. 7% to99. 3%. It could accelerate the oxidation and crystallization rate,moisture content of gypsum could be reduced from 16. 97%to 12. 76%. It could decrease the number of circulating pump in use,save power consumption significantly. The estimated annual electricity savings was 2. 34 ~ 2. 646 million yuan. Using desulfurization synergist could bring significant environmental benefits and economic benefits.
