摘要
碎煤机室是火电厂燃料系统中粉尘污染较为严重的地方,通过分析粉尘污染产生的原因,从根源入手,通过对落煤管、导料槽、除尘设备的一系列改造和综合治理,抑制粉尘的产生,改善皮带机的运行工况和输煤系统的现场环境。
In coal conveying systems of coal-fired power plants,coal crusher chamber is seriously polluted by dust. This paper analyzed the resources of dust pollution,and inhibited the generation of dust based on a series of equipment modifications and comprehensive treatments in coal drop pipes,inverted troughs,dust removal equipments. Those methods improved working conditions of coal conveying belts and environment in coal conveying system.
