摘要
主要分析了国内外餐厨垃圾的处理技术现状,通过对比各种处理工艺,得出厌氧发酵处理工艺是餐厨垃圾处理的最优工艺,该工艺实现了餐厨垃圾的减量化、资源化、无害化处理,同时处理设备成熟,设备运行维护成本低,可在我国进行广泛推广。
The current development status of processing techniques of kitchen waste in China and overseas were analyzed and compared. And the anaerobic fermentation was generally regarded as the most optimum technology for treatment of kitchen waste. Anaerobic fermentation could achieve the reducing,recycling and harmlessness of kitchen waste. The equipments of kitchen waste treatment was comparatively mature and with low cost. Anaerobic fermentation could be used and promoted widely in China.
