摘要
从钢渣预处理技术入手,介绍了钢渣微粉生产工艺技术现状。以太钢"辊压管磨联合流程"生产线为例,分析了现有钢渣微粉生产工艺的优缺点。在此基础上提出了辊磨立磨联合流程的工艺创新方案,新技术根据主机设备特点合理分配了生产负荷,降低了运行成本;根据钢渣中金属物的解离特性,实行阶磨阶选,改善了辊磨机和立磨的运行工况,提高了生产线的可靠性。另外,辊磨立磨先开路后闭路的工艺组合,为生产不同钢渣产品提供了可能。
Starting with pretreatment technique of steel slag,this paper introduced the process status of steel slag,and analyzed the problems in production process of steel slag,through the example of TISCO production line of combined process of roller mill and tube mill. On the basis of that,process innovation about combined process of roller mill and vertical roller mill was proposed. Running cost was reduced because of equitable distribution of load rate by analyzing main equipment features; the operating mode of roller mill and vertical roller mill was improved and reliability of production line because of application of the stage grinding and stage dresses by dissociation character of metals in steel slag. Furthermore,it provided the possibility of producing different steel slag products by process combination from an open roller mill progress to closed vertical roller mill progress.
