摘要
采用从某选矿公司采集来的矿渣(干渣),经过粉碎、酸碱浸溶和聚合等步骤,制得干聚硅酸系脱色混凝剂。采用该混凝剂对200 mg/L的模拟酸性红B染料废水进行实验,通过改变聚合条件(温度、搅拌速度以及搅拌时间),确定了取得最佳处理效果时的优化聚合条件为:水浴加热温度控制在60℃,用增力电动搅拌机以90 r/min的速度匀速搅拌2 h。同时在东阳市旺鑫印染厂进行了实际应用。结果表明:与PAC相比,干聚硅酸系脱色混凝剂不但处理效果好而且处理成本低,每立方米废水综合费可减少0.090元。
The dry waste from mineral processing company was used to make polymerization silicate coagulant by the method of pulverization,alkalization,acid pickling,polymerization and so on. This paper researched the treatment of acid red dye wastewater of 200 mg / L by that coagulant,and by changing the polymerization conditions: temperature,stirring speed and stirring time,determined the optimization condition of polymerization: control the water bath heating temperature at about60 ℃,2 hours mixing with power electric mixer at a rotating speed of 90 r / min. At the same time,an engineering application on dye wastewater in a printing and dyeing mill in Dongyang was conducted,and the experimental results indicated that,compared with PAC,the treatment effect of the polysilicic acid coagulants achieved a better performance with lower running cost. The cost can be cut down by 0. 090 RMB / m3.
