摘要
测定氟化物的主要方法为离子选择电极法,该法操作简单,干扰少,准确度高,但是无法实现现场应急监测.因此,寻找一种有效的现场应急监测测定氟化物含量的方法很有必要。分别用离子选择电极法和水质理化检验箱中的氟化物检测管对不同水样进行检测,并用标准溶液和质控样进行准确度测试,来验证其测定结果的可行性。
The common method for the determination of fluoride is the ion selection electrode method. This method has the advantages of simple operation,less interference,high accuracy,but cannot be applied in on-site emergency monitoring.Therefore,finding an effective emergency monitoring method for the determination of fluoride content is of great significance.Respectively,we used the ion choice electrode method and the fluoride detection tube in the water quality physicochemical test box to detect the fluoride content in different water samples,and conducted the accuracy test with standard solution and quality control sample,to verify the feasibility of the determination results.
