摘要
为了建设良好的机场生态环境,实现军用机场的可持续发展,本文从生态环境与可持续发展的辩证关系出发,明确了军用机场生态环境系统的概念,通过分析军用机场组成和生态环境组成要素,利用系统分析方法和模糊数学方法,构建了军用机场生态环境系统指标体系以及军用机场生态环境系统多级模糊综合评判模型,可实现军用机场生态系统评估,这对指导军用机场生态环境规划与建设具有十分重要的意义。
To achieve the sustainable development of military airport,constructing a good airport ecological environment is necessary. Based on the dialectical relationship between ecological environment and sustainable development,concepts of military airport ecological environment system are defined. Depending on the analysis of military airport constitution and ecological environment components,ecological environment index system is constituted. Multilevel fuzzy synthetic evaluation model of military airport ecological environment is established by the methods of system analysis and fuzzy mathematics,which have significant influence on the guidelines of military airport ecological environment planning and construction.
