摘要
随着社会经济的发展和车辆的增多,加油站成为人类生活中必不可少的配套设施,与此同时产生的烃类VOCs对健康、环境、安全的危害也日益严重,全国多数地区近年来陆续出现的雾霾现象,让社会各界重新重视加油站油气回收问题,加强油气污染排放的治理工作.考虑到美国CARB现行的加油站EVR标准,以Husky公司的蒸发排放削减器(E3罐)为切入点,并结合国内加油站实际情况,对油气回收吸附罐进行了的工作原理及结构分析。
With the socio-economic development and the increase in vehicles,the gas station is an important part of life. At the same time,hydrocarbon VOCs was generated. The VOCs has get more serious on health and environment,it is necessary to carry out oil and gas emissions governance. Taking into the standard of EVR about Petrol filling stations,which is the strictest standard by the CARB in the United States,as the starting point,E3 tank is produced by Husky company. Working principle and structure design of Pressure management system belonged to storage tanks were anlysed.
