摘要
蛋白质组学是研究生物体表达的全部蛋白功能的学科。随着双向电泳、生物质谱和生物信息学三大蛋白质组学技术的发展与成熟,蛋白质组学成为研究PAHs降解菌的生物降解途径中不可或缺的重要部分。阐述了这三大技术以及其应用于PAHs降解菌在特定多环芳烃污染物诱导前后的差异蛋白的表达,并展望了蛋白质组学三大技术应用于微生物降解多环芳烃机制方面的前景与挑战,以期对今后相关PAHs降解菌的培育驯化或生物降解途径的研究有一定指导作用。
With the development and maturity of two-dimensional gel electrophoresis,mass spectrometry and bioinformatics,proteomics,which studies the function of all expressed proteins,becomes an indispensable part in the study of PAHs degradation mechanism. In this review,the three proteomics techniques and its application in the study of identified proteins of PAHs degrading bacteria induced by certain PAHs were introduced,including the prospects and the challenges of the three proteomics techniques and their applications in the PAHs degradation mechanism,in order to give some guidance about the study of cultivation and domestication,or degradation mechanism of related PAHs degrading bacteria in the future.
