摘要
亚硫酸铵氧化是氨法脱硫工艺的关键。影响亚硫酸铵氧化因素包括:亚硫酸铵初始浓度、p H、温度、空气量、氧分压、催化剂等。对各影响因素进行综述,分析各因素影响亚硫酸铵氧化的机理,并对实验研究及氨法脱硫工程中亚硫酸铵氧化提出一些建议。
The ammonium sulfite oxidation is the key in ammonia desulfurization industrialization. The oxidation rate is affected by sulfite concentration,oxygen partial pressure,sulfate concentration and p H values. The temperature and catalysts are also important factors determining the reaction rate. Major factors affecting the ammonium sulfite oxidation were analyzed in detail. Several advice about ammonium sulfite oxidation in experimental study and industrial applications were presented.
