根据再生胺脱硫系统在某热电厂锅炉烟气治理中的应用和优化,结合工艺分析,介绍了脱硫成本主要构成,以蒸汽、胺液、用电、液碱及水等各主要消耗指标为主线,详细论述了该厂降低脱硫系统运行费用的具体做法及实施效果,可为类似工程提供借鉴和参考。
According to the application and optimization of regenerated amine desulfurization system in Boiler flue gas treatment in thermal power plant,this paper,introduces the main components of desulfurization cost. With some main consumption indicators like Amine liquid,steam,electricity consumption,water and liquid as threads,this paper explains the specific measures and their results in the process of reducing the operating cost of desulfurization system in this plant. It can serve as references and examples for similar constructions.
