自动固相萃取-GC/MS测定地表水中痕量的四乙基铅

摘要 采用自动固相萃取-气相色谱-质谱技术,建立了地表水中痕量四乙基铅的测定方法。NIST标准谱库检索定性,SIM模式下特定离子外标法定量。结果表明:四乙基铅浓度在10~400μg/L范围内呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9996;样品加标回收率在89.2%~103%,方法的检出限为0.05μg/L,能满足地表水中痕量四乙基铅测定的要求。 To determine trace amount of tetraethyl lead in surface water,a method was developed using gas chromatography/mass spectrometry with automatic solid-phase extraction. NIST standard spectral library search for qualitative,SIM mode specific ion external for quantitative. Good relativity was obtained in the range of 10 ~ 400 μg/L. The related coefficient of calibration curve was 0. 9996. The recoveries were between 89. 2% ~ 103%,the determination limit was less than 0. 05 μg/L. The method was suitable for the determination of trace tetraethyl lead in surface water.
