摘要
利用浸渍法制备了Ce-Mn-Cu/ATP脱硝催化剂,探究了不同Ce负载量、Cu掺杂量及反应温度对所制备的催化剂脱硝性能的影响,利用BET、XRD、XPS等分析手段对催化剂表征。结果表明:在Ce和Mn的摩尔比为0.05基础上,当Ce和Cu的摩尔比为1∶20时,催化剂的脱硝效率表现最佳,且在整个测试温段都达到90%以上;掺杂Cu有助于提高催化剂的低温脱硝活性;催化剂中的活性中心以锰和铜的氧化物为主。
Denitriation catalyst Ce-Mn-Cu/ATP was prepared by impregnation method. Influencing factors on denitrification performance of prepared catalyst were studied in terms of Ce loading amound,Cu doping amount and reaction temperature.BET surface area test and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy( XPS),etc. were used to determine the characteristics of the catalyst. Results indicated that the catalyst had the best denitriation efficiency,when the molar ratio of Ce and Mn was 0. 05 and the molar ratio of Ce and Cu was 1∶ 20. In addition,denitration efficiency throughout the test temperature could bes over90%. Doping with Cu can help to enhance the catalytic denitriation activity for NOxat low temperature. The mainly active center of prepared catalysts is oxides of manganese and copper.
