核电类建设项目施工期环境监测探讨

DISCUSSION ON ENVIRONMENTAL MONITORING OF NUCLEAR POWER PLANT DURING CONSTRUCTION PERIOD

为加强核电类建设项目施工期环境管理,分析了核电类建设项目施工期存在的主要环境问题,讨论了核电类建设项目施工期环境监测的技术路线和方法。提出了施工期环境监测应重点关注的具体内容,包括水、大气、噪声、生态监测布点原则、监测项目及频次、分析方法选择、质量保证与质量控制等。

In order to strengthen the environmental management of nuclear power plants,we analyzed the main environmental problems which often faced during construction period of nuclear power plant. According pollution analysis,the environmental monitoring plan was put forward which designed for water,atmosphere,noise and ecology monitoring,including site-selection principles,contaminant,frequency,analysis methods selection and QC/QA rules.
