影响人粪沼液氨氮吹脱传质速率的因素分析 被引量:2

STUDY ON FACTORS EFFECTING MASS TRANSFER RATE OF AMMONIA-NITROGEN STRIPPING IN HUMAN BIOGAS SLURRY

摘要 以人粪厌氧发酵沼液为研究对象,采用吹脱法对其进行预处理,改善其C/N过低不利于生化处理的问题。研究了氨氮吹脱的4个主要影响因素(初始pH、空气流量、温度和填料)对沼液吹脱效果和总传质系数的影响。结果表明:在pH=10,空气流量为300 L/h,温度为50℃、投加填料的最优工艺条件下,其总传质系数为0.4535 h^(-1)。 Air stripping method was adopted for pre-treatment of biogas slurry from anaerobic digestion of faecal sludge, in order to improve its low carbon nitrogen ratio which was not good for biochemical treatment. Influences of four main factors(initial pH, air flow, temperature and filler) on stripping effect and total mass transfer coefficient were studies. The study results showed that temperature had a great influence on the mass transfer coefficient of the stripping system, and the total mass transfer coefficient of ammonia nitrogen stripping at 50 ℃ was 2.3 times of that at 30 ℃. The optimal process parameters were achieved when adding fillers under the conditions of pH=10, air flow rate of 300 L/h, temperature of 50 ℃. The total mass transfer coefficient under optimal process condition was 0.4535 h-1.
