燃气轮机脱硝技术现状及发展趋势 被引量:12

PRESENT STATUS AND DEVELOPMENT TENDENCY OF DENITRIFICATION TECHNOLOGY FOR GAS TURBINES

摘要 随着燃气轮机的快速发展及其装机总量的不断提升,燃气轮机NO_x排放控制技术受到越来越广泛的关注。汇总分析了国内外NO_x排放标准以及主要的NO_x控制技术。选择性催化还原(SCR)技术是应用最广泛的尾部烟气脱硝技术,但因燃气轮机的烟气NO_x含量低且氧含量高,余热锅炉空间结构狭窄等特点,传统SCR催化剂难以直接应用。详细介绍了燃气机组SCR脱硝催化剂应用现状和国内外相关研究进展,研究发现低温活性和抗水性是燃机脱硝催化剂的重要研究方向。 With the rapid development and the continuous increase of installed capacity of gas turbines,NO_x emission control technology of gas turbines has drawn more and more attention.The domestic and overseas NO_x emission standards and the main NO_x control technologies were summarized here.Selective catalytic reduction(SCR)technology was the most widely used denitrification technology,however,due to the characteristics such as low NO_x concentration,high oxygen content and the narrow space structure of the waste heat boiler,the traditional SCR catalyst was difficult to apply directly.The current application situation and relevant domestic and foreign research progress of SCR denitrification catalyst for gas turbine sets were introduced in details in this paper,and Low temperature activity and water resistance were considered to be important research directions.
