摘要
介绍了不同燃料类型焦炉的SO_2、NO_x产生特点和国外污染治理情况,详细梳理了目前国内在源头控制、过程控制和末端治理方面采取的污染治理技术,分析了现有焦炉在烟囱废气治理上存在的工艺路线选择、焦炉烟囱热备、次生污染及运行稳定性等方面的问题。对比分析了现有各种技术优缺点,提出了焦炉烟囱废气污染治理的可行技术路线。
This paper introduces the generation characteristics of SO2 and NOx in coke ovens by different fuels and the pollution control situation in foreign countries, summarizes the pollution control technologies adopted in China in source control, process control and terminal control in details, and analyzes the problems in the treatment of chimney exhaust gas, such as selection of technical route, hot standby of coke oven chimney, secondary pollution and operation stability, etc. This paper compares the advantages and disadvantages of various existing desulphurization and denitration technologies, and puts forward the feasible technical route to control the flue gas pollution of coke oven chimneys.
