Rights and Interests Protection of The Losing-land Forest Farmers in The Perspective of Justice

林地流转是我国当前蓬勃发展的形式之一。从正义的角度出发,分析出当前林权流转中失地林农权益面临的政治权利削弱、经济权利缺失以及社会保障权受损的现状,并点明通过构建明确林地产权制度、完善林地补偿制度、建立林农社会保障机制等形成一系列完善林农权益保护的制度因应,以实现林农权益的公平正义。

With the development of collective forest rights system, forestland circulation is becoming a trend. This article, based on the justice terms, analyzed the condition of political rights weaken, economical rights lost and social security rights damaged of the losing-land forest farmers in forestland circulation, and aimed at forming a regimental antidote by constructing forestland property, forestland compensation and social security mechanism, in order to protect the rights and interests of forest farmers.
