摘要
工作场所空气中砷化氢经活性炭管采集、以0.01 mol·L-1硝酸溶液超声洗脱后,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定其含量.结果显示,砷化氢在0.1—50μg·L-1范围内呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数(r)为0.9999.砷化氢的检出限为0.04μg·L-1.加标回收率为88.2%—95.6%,相对标准偏差(n=6)值为3.8%—5.3%.该方法高效、快速、准确、灵敏,适用于工作场所空气中砷化氢的测定和安全性评价.
Air samples containing Arsine were absorbed by activated carbon tube,then eluted by ultrasonic extraction under the environment of 0.01 mol·L-1 HNO3,and determined by ICP-MS.The calibration curves of Arsine showed good linearity in the range of 0.1—50μg·L-1 with the correlation coefficients(r)greater than 0.9999.The limit of detection of Arsine was 0.04μg·L-1.The average spike recovery ranged from 88.2%to 95.6%,while the relative standard deviations(n=6)were in the range of 3.8%—5.3%.This method is rapid,accurate,and has good sensitivity,which is suitable for determination of Arsine in workplace air.
