摘要
本文选取了典型的14种农药化合物和4种有机蔬菜基质(番茄、茄子、胡萝卜和青菜),通过比较溶剂加标组和基质加标组在GCMS-TQ8040和GCMS-TQ8050的峰面积响应,以考察GCMS-TQ8050对基质效应的减弱或消除能力.结果显示,在10 ng·mL-1的加标浓度下,多数农药组分在GCMS-TQ8040有基质效应(P<0.01),比较了这些组分和对应基质在GCMS-TQ8050上的基质效应变化情况,在1.0 ng·mL-1浓度下,大部分农药化合物在GCMS-TQ8050中的基质效应变为不显著(P> 0.01).研究表明仪器灵敏度的提高,可系统性的改善基质效应.
In the present study,matrix effect was evaluated in the solvent blank group and four matrix spiked group in terms of fourteen pesticides.By comparing the intensity of pesticides in GCMS-TQ8040 and GCMS-TQ8050,the improvement of matrix effect through GCMS-TQ8050 was assessed.Our results showed that for the majority of target pesticides,a significat matrix-induced response enhancement was observed(P<0.01)by GCMS-TQ8040.However,such effect was declined(P>0.01)when the samples were diluted and run in GCMS-TQ8050.It demonstrated that matrix effect can be improved in accomplice with elevated sensitivity.
