摘要
本文介绍了一种基于系统辨识的高压衰减器的时域校准方法。依据系统辨识的基本原理,对高压衰减器建立输入、输出误差模型,通过测量衰减前后的时域波形,计算获得衰减器的传递函数,进而获得其修正系数。该方法可同时得到高压衰减器的幅频及相频特性,并可在高压校准条件下,准确反映衰减器的高压特性,为高压衰减器的时域校准提供了技术依据。
The paper discusses a time-domain calibration method based on the system identification for high voltage attenuator. The attenuator system is modeled by OE (Output Error) model. With the input and output time-domain waveform, we can calculate the transfer function of the attenuator. The method can both get the amplitude spectrum data and the phase spectrum data, and describe the high voltage features of the attenuator. The method can be used to calibrate high voltage attenuator.
