利用钢渣制备多孔吸声材料的研究 被引量:13

Study on preparation of porous sound absorbing material using steel slag

摘要 为促进钢渣的高附加值利用,研究了以钢渣为主要原料,以微硅粉为粘结剂,采用烧结成型的方法制备的多孔吸声材料的吸声性能及力学性能。结合X射线荧光分析、X射线衍射分析、热重分析、扫描电镜观察和化学分析等测试方法,对样品的化学组成、矿物组成、烧结制度、微观形貌和体积稳定性进行了分析。结果表明,利用钢渣制备的多孔吸声材料具有良好的吸声性能,材料的体积稳定性良好且在吸声性能最佳时的抗压强度为5.41 MPa,是一种适用于解决城市道路、高速路和铁路噪音污染问题的吸声材料。 In order to promote the recycling of steel slag with high value-added,we studied the sound absorption performance and mechanical property of the porous sound absorbing material which used steel slag as main raw material and micro-silica fume as caking agent. The material was prepared through the method of sintering. The chemical and mineral compositions,sintering schedule,microstructure and volume stability of the sintered sample were analyzed via X-ray fluorescence( XRF),X-ray diffraction( XRD),thermogravimetric analysis and differential thermal analysis( TG-DTA),scanning electronic microscopy( SEM) and chemical analysis. The results showed that the porous sound absorbing material we prepared has excellent sound absorption performance,the material has good volume stability and compressive strength of the material is 5. 41 MPa as the best sound absorption performance of the material. The material can be applied to highways,urban roads and railways to solve noise pollution.
