深水型水库中藻类功能群组演替及其与环境因子的关系 被引量:7

Succession of algae functional groups and its relationship with environmental factors in a deep water reservoir

摘要 为掌握西安市深水型水源金盆水库藻类变化规律,在2011年8月至2013年7月期间展开调查实验研究。引入藻类功能分组(phytoplankton functional classification)方法,分析了北方地区贫营养条件下的深水型水库藻类功能群组的演替特征,结合冗余分析(RDA)和相关分析方法探讨了功能群组演替与水温、氮磷及水库水位变化等之间关系。结果表明,金盆水库藻类可分为8个功能群组类别:B、P、D、X1、M、X3、MP和S1;水库春夏季多种藻类功能群组共存,而秋冬季功能群组结构组成比较单一;水库表层功能群组B和X1显著影响因素分别是水温和NO-3-N含量,而水库中层水20 m和40m功能群组P受NO-3-N含量影响显著。水库高水位运行时有利于表层功能群组P生长,低水位运行时有利于表层功能群组B生长。 To master the Xi'an deep-water Jinpen reservoir algae variation,we conducted the experimental study from August 2011 to July 2013. Introducing phytoplankton functional classification method,we analyzed the deep-water reservoir algae functional groups succession characteristics under the condition of the poor nutritional type in northern,combined with redundancy analysis( RDA) and the related analysis method to explore the relations between the functional groups succession and water temperature,nitrogen and phosphorus,and reservoir water level change. The results showed that 8 functional groups were found in the reservoir. They were B,P,D,X1,M,X3,MP and S1. A variety of reservoir algal functional groups coexisted in spring and summer,while reservoir algal functional groups were relatively simple in autumn and winter; reservoir surface functional groups B and X1 were respectively affected by temperature,and NO-3-N content; 20 m and 40 m of the reservoir function group P significantly affected by NO-3-N content. In addition,high water level of the reservoir was favorable to the growth of the surface functional group P,and the low water level was favorable to the growth of the surface functional group B.
