湖长制作为湖泊管理保护的重要抓手已引发广泛关注,随着《关于在湖泊实施湖长制的指导意见》的出台,相关要求也得以明确。在总结国内湖长制起源及相关工作开展情况的基础上,结合江苏实践分析了相关管理的具体要求与特征,根据南京实际探讨了深化管理的核心内容与举措,最后提出了推进湖长制工作的有益建议。

As an important grasp of the management and protection of lakes,the lake chief system has attracted wide attention.With the publication of Guidelines on the Implementation of the Lake Chief System in Lakes,the relevant requirements have also been clarified.On the basis of summarizing the origin of the lake chief system and the development of related work in China,the specific requirements and characteristics of related management are analyzed in combination with the practice in Jiangsu Province,and the core contents and measures of deepening management are discussed according to actual situation of Nanjing.Finally,some useful suggestions are put forward to promote the work of the lake chief system.
