加快我国固体废物与化学品环境管理信息化建设的研究与思考

Research and consideration on accelerating the informatization construction of solid waste and chemicals environmental management in China

固体废物与化学品具有种类多、数量大、涉及的相关企业和行业范围广等特点,在其生产、储存、使用、运输、废弃处置等过程中存在对环境造成污染的潜在风险,传统的管理模式难以完全适应当前日益严峻的监管压力。在生态环境部及相关主管业务司局的支持下,通过国家推动、地方尝试等多种方式的探索,固体废物与化学品的信息化建设和应用方面取得了一定成效。

With the characteristics of many types,large quantities and involved wide range of enterprises and industries,solid wastes and chemicals can cause potential risks of environmental pollution in the process of production,storage,use,transportation and waste disposal.The traditional management mode for solid waste and chemicals has been difficult to fully adapt to the current increasingly severe regulatory pressure.With the support of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment,the information construction and application of solid waste and chemicals have achieved some results through national promotion and local trial for the last few years.
