随着国家'绿水青山,就是金山银山'战略理念的提出,国家及企业对环保的认识和重视程度也提到了前所未有的高度。中国石化提出了建设绿色石化的理念,在各个工厂的安全环保监测和监督检查中,通过信息化建设了有效的管理系统和执行系统,同时在生产一线通过移动互联技术及RFID等技术,实现环保检测任务的分配、生产装置挥发性有机物(VOCs)潜在泄漏点的检测与修复等功能,取得了良好的应用效果。

With the national strategy of'lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets'is put forward,the awareness and importance of environmental protection of the state and enterprises have also been mentioned to an unprecedented extent.Sinopec has put forward the idea of Building Green Petrochemical industry.In the process of safety and environmental protection monitoring and inspection in various factories,the effective management system and execution system have been established through information technology.At the same time,the distribution of environmental protection detection tasks,the detection and repair of potential leakage points of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)in production units have been realized through mobile interconnection technology and RFID technology in the production line.Good application results have been achieved.
