政府主导与当前高考弊端是否具有必然的联系,这是判断高考政府主导体制合理性的重要依据。高考的弊端集中体现于狭隘性及其对中等教育的负面导向作用,而产生这些弊端的根本原因则是考试发展的内在动力和当前高考理念和技术上的不完善。因此,应该辩证地看待政府主导的高考,不可绝对化,从一个极端走向另一个极端。

There are definitely relations between government guiding and disadvantages in HEE exam, which is an important factor to identify the relations of government's leading system in HEE exam. The disadvantages of HEE exam mainly lay on its narrow-mindedness and negative guiding functions for the middle education, and the vital reasons of producing these disadvantages are inner motive of examination trends and the imperfect of both idea and technology in present HEE examination. Therefore, we should regard the government-guided HEE exam, and we shouldn't be absolutists, going from this extreme to another.
