On Phenomenon of "Mobile Population for College Entrance Examination" from the Perspective of Law

“高考移民”是近年我国出现的具有广泛社会影响,引发诸多社会问题的现象,其存在说明了我国教育资源配置不足,教育大众化尚未实现。从教育平等和信赖保护原则的法学角度分析,“高考移民”的合法权益应该得到保护。

The phenomenon of ' Mobile Population for College Entrance Examination' has exerted extensive impacts on society and caused many social problems in recent years. The existence of this phenomenon indicates that the educational resources in our country are not enough, and our education is far from massification. From a perspective of law, the legitimate rights of the 'Mobile Population for College Entrance Examination' should be protected in view of educational equity and the principle of trust and protection.
