The Dying and Reviving of the Standard Tests in China——Analysis on Standardized Tests from the Perspective of Policy

当前对标准化考试的批判日益猛烈,但是很多批评者往往是雾里看花,所责并非标准化考试的真义。在从政策功能、政策资源等,对我国当前的标准化考试进行政策性分析的基础上,认为当前中国大规模考试中还离不开标准化考试;同时提出,应让不标准的标准化考试死去,让科学的标准化考试活来。

Nowadays,the criticism on standardized tests becomes more and more fierce, but quite a lot of the critics have not actually understood the real essence of the tests. After analyzing the standardized tests in China from the perspectives of policy functions and policy resources, the article holds the idea that China still can not cancel the standardized tests; we should do away with those so-called standardized tests, and at the same time revitalized those scientific standardized tests.
