“育人为本"与高考制度创新

"Talents Cultivating First" and the Institutional Innovation of College Entrance Examination

摘要 育人为本是教育工作贯彻科学发展观的根本任务,也应成为高考制度改革的价值取向。高考制度创新着眼于人的全面发展和经济社会的可持续发展,促进人才群体结构优化,构建和谐社会;育人的全面要求与特定时段人的发展的有效集成应相互衔接。改革高考制度的过程中要注重:重塑共性;方式多样;降低难度;评鉴多元;衔接课改,促进育人。 Cultivating talents is the basic task in carrying out the Scientific Outlook on Development, and it also should be the value orientation of college entrance examination reform. The institutional innovation of college entrance examination should focus on the all-round development of people and the sustainable development of social economy so as to optimize the structure of talent groups and construct a harmonious society. The all-round development of people should be linked by different stages. In the process of institutional reform of college entrance examination, the following aspects should be stressed: reshaping the commonness, adopting diversified forms, lowering the difficulty, implementing plural assessment, connecting the curriculum reform and facilitating the cultivation of talents.
