高考公平的误差分析

Error Analysis on the Equity in National College Entrance Examination

高考本质上是起点相同、机会均等的竞争,然而现行的高考制度存在不能忽视的系统误差和偶然误差,极大地影响了高考公平性的体现。在分析高考公平的误差的基础上,提出了如何减少系统误差和偶然误差的措施。

National College Entrance Examination should essentially be a kind of competition with the same starting point and opportunity, while the current National College Entrance Examination has both systematic errors and accidental errors which can not be ignored, and these errors seriously influence the equity of National College Entrance Examination. After analyzing the errors in the equity of National College Entrance Examination, countermeasures on how to reduce the systematic errors and accidental errors are therefore put forward.
