高考“分省自主命题”之利弊分析

On the Advantages and Disadvantages of “Province-based Autonomous Test Designing”

随着教育事业的改革与发展,扩大高校和地方办学自主权已成为大势所趋。高考分省自主命题,作为扩大自主权的一种积极尝试,已经从理论探讨和试点之期,发展到大规模展开的实质性实施之际。立足于目前高考分省自主命题的利弊初步分析的基础上,就未来高考改革提出若干建议。

With the development and reform of education, it is a tendency to enlarge the autonomy of both the higher education institutions and the local authorities. As a kind of proactive experiment, the 'Province-based Autonomous Test Designing' has undergone the processes of discussion and pilot trial, and now comes into a stage of large-scale implementation. After probing into both the advantages and disadvantages of this model, the article also proposes suggestions on the reform of National Matriculation Tests.
