On Reforming the Adult Higher Education Enrollment in the Process of Mass Higher Education

成人高等教育是实现我国高等教育大众化的重要途径。当今成人高等教育招生考试制度的突出矛盾,是教育行政部门的统一控制与成人高校要求扩大招生自主权之间的矛盾,主要存在着考试目标偏差、成教特色模糊、地区差异性不突出、考试形式单一等诸多问题。要解决上述矛盾和问题,就必须理念回归,体制创新,管理科学,形式多样。

Adult higher education is a very important way to realize mass higher education in China. The main contradiction in the current adult higher education system is the conflict between the unified control from the administrative educational authorities and the call for autonomy from the adult higher education institutions. And the problems of adult higher education enrollments are mainly as follows: deviation in the testing goals, lack of features in adult higher education, lack of regional differences and lack of testing form diversity. In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, it is very necessary to focus on the ideal of adult higher education, innovate upon the institutions, conduct management in a scientific way and also adopt different kinds of testing forms.
