高考制度包括考试与招生两大环节,评价高考改革得失,应有整体、全局的观念和多元的标准。选择高校招生考试改革的路向,应立足实际,从历史与现实、教育与社会、中外比较的多维视角全面考察,在改革和完善统一高考制度的基础上,推进高校自主招生的多元化发展。

The National College Matriculation System consists of two aspects:testing and enroll- ment.While evaluating the successes and failures about the reform of the National College Matricula- tion System,it is very important to take a holistic perspective as well as diversified standards.While deciding the future trend for the reform,we should be reality-oriented,and then probe into the re- form by comparing the history with the reality,connecting education with society,comparing Chinese practice and overseas experiences;and finally promote the diversification of the autonomous enrollment of higher education institutions after reforming and improving the National College Matriculation Sys- tem.
