摘要
教育改革决策体制,是教育改革实现科学化、民主化的关键所在,又是实现教育改革专门化、专业化的关键所在。从根本上说,教育改革即为对现今教育决策体制的改革,但教育改革决策体制在很大程度上又受制于社会决策的范式,这是司空见惯的现象。"未来学"的教育理应超前一步,有新的作为。
There are several problems demanding prompt solution in our quality-oriented education and new curriculum reform. So far, we still have made very slow progress on national college entrance examination reform, which is undoubtedly related to our existing policy decision system. We still need to enhance our educational policy decision scientificly and operationally, the key is to implement diversification and specialization of principal part of policy decision, use the experience of educational counseling system, and adopt reform model of ″future-oriented construction.″
