以考试改革为基点的教育评价机制探究

A Study on the "Examination-reform"-based Education Assessment System

党的十七大提出要更新教育观念,深化考试招生制度、质量评价制度等改革。我国恢复高考以来,有的地方在某种程度上仍然存在着以考试目标作为教学目标、以考试分数代替评价标准、以应试方法取代教育过程的状况。为此,我们应坚持以"大评价观"为视点,以考试改革为基点,以"改进考试的内容和形式"为核心的考试改革方向,正确处理好素质教育与应试教育以及考试三者的关系,把握好教育评价的导向,改革教育评价的标准,丰富教育评价的内涵,认真探究现代教育评价机制。

Chinese government has proposed the further reform on the student enrolling system and teaching assessment system with innovative education concepts. Opposing to the present facts in education in China that the teaching objectives are examination-targeted, the assessment is students’ score-emphasized and the teaching process is examination-oriented, this author proposes the Greater Assessment practice. In this practice, the good balances between the character education, test-oriented education and examination are achieved and the target of education assessing is rightfully maintained on the basis of examination reform in which the improvement of content, the form and format of examination is the core, so that the old education assessment system is enriched and consummated and new system is established.
